TEAMOSITY developed by Roger Pearman, EdD and Robert Eichinger, PhD, both award winning practitioners and founders of TeamTelligent, LLC is an IPad App based upon Type Theory designed to help managers manage better by better understanding themselves and their team. It can explore one person in depth. It can show how any two types (people) work together, good or bad. It helps a manager look at an entire team for clues to greater productivity and performance. It allows a manager to fill an opening on the team with the best fit type. It allows a manager to analyze the dynamics of any number of members of a permanent or temporary team. Another use is for two team members to understand each other with the goal or working better together. It gives managers or team members tips on how to be more effective together. It can also help coaches work with clients on troubling relationships.
