This database application lets parents create chore and assignment lists for children, but it makes the overall process more difficult than we'd like. Parents can create, open, and print job charts for their children, but they need to log on their kids' individual accounts to review their job charts. Although it's not difficult to assign chores and specify the days the job is to be performed, tdf Chores doesn't provide preloaded selections of chores. Children can log into their accounts to view assignments and update the charts. However, unlike similar task-management apps, the program doesn't use a point or reward system. To add to your woes, Microsoft Access must be installed on your system to use tdf Chores, something not required by similar applications. Though it's relatively easy to use, its unappealing presentation and lack of inventive reward system might not delight parents and children.
