RECOMMENDED FOR TABLETS Players create a character who can use different hearing devices, communication options (including sign language), and can try out different identities. They can then navigate through Talk Town, and negotiate different communication challenges. Players get to safely experience what happens when communication breaks down - like getting a terrible haircut! They also learn and practice ways to identify and solve communication problems. This innovative resource is based on the best available research evidence and real-life experiences of successful Deaf people. We will continue to update and improve the game as more funding becomes available.
