In the "Description" section of the form, please be sure to include the following details:
- 1. The link to the specific Download.com page for the software you are trying to download
- 2. Which specific link or button on that page you clicked to start the download.
- 3. What operating system you are running
- 4. What browser and which version you are using
- 5. What exactly is happening when you try to download (please be specific and be sure to include any error message, in full, or a detailed description of any unexpected behavior you are seeing)
When you are done filling out the form, be sure to click the "Submit" button. You will receive an email reply from our support team, usually within 24 business hours.
