Squeeze Day is a service that reminds women to check their breasts regularly. The app lets you choose a date when you want to check your breasts. Each month, on the chosen date, you will get a reminder notification it is then time to squeeze. The app includes instructions and figures showing how to check your breasts.

Breast cancer is the most common form of cancer among women in Sweden, so to self check your breasts monthly is a good habit.
