Alternatively download the full version Risk Assessor from the App StoreAimed at Small, Medium and Large Companies Risk Assessor App is suitable for every business on the planet. It will enable you to create a detailed, personalised Risk Assessment on your Phone or Tablet. We pre-load the app with 10 example hazards and control measures. These can be edited and added to, even during the assessment - this enables the user to make sure their choice of hazards and controls is relevant to every assessment theyre carrying out. The first screen youll see will be Company Details - enter your company details and upload your logo. Add your name and position along with signature - this will all appear on the report.Theres 2 ways the user can carry out their assessment. They can either take a photograph at the risk site (or use on in their library) and simply drag and drop the relevant hazards straight over the top of the risk screen. The photo is even included as part of the report. For users not wanted to take advantage of the photo feature, they can simply choose their hazards from a list. All the default entries are editable as you go. As you progress through the report youll be asked to assign control measures to each hazard and of course select a Worst Case Outcome and Liklihood from a choose of 5. You can set a followup date which will sync with the device, providing an alarm to remind you of the assessment. The PDF report will be saved to your device.
