This app is part of the re.ACT Engagement Platform used to capture emotion-based feedback in real-time as people interact with brands. This private platform captures customer engagement and allows brands to send push messages directly to participants to encourage interaction. Incentives,if any, for participation are set by the individual brands. The feedback is used to improve customer service in the moment and analyze input to engage with participants on their terms in the future.
