Phoenix Remote Coaching Program.

This program is for individuals who can't train with us at one of our facility, travel frequently or wants to do home-based training. Whether you want to train at your home, another gym or we join you in your pocket while traveling, This is our signature program that we deliver to all our members at our PSF gyms.

Programs include the following:

* Individualized programming based on your goals, equipment, training history and lifestyle

* 20-minute check-in weekly or monthly with a coach

* Access to our Members Portal so you can get the latest and greatest in nutrition and training info.

* A Personal Assessment to find out exactly where youre currently at.

* A Personalized Plan - based on your goals and obstacles

* Responsive Nutrition Plans that involve eating plenty of amazing and tasty food that the whole family can enjoy (no fad diets). We'll identify your level of awareness of nutrition, and adapt a nutrition plan according to your lifestyle, foods you enjoy etc
