• Great idea for organizing your office documents

  Pros

  Once I got use to how it worked, I found it very easy to use. It makes very nice color-coded labels and enables the user to search keywords for any document entered into the system. The colorful items lists it can generate is also very useful.

  Cons

  It would be nice to have more instructions and sample set-ups for those who are not used to using the system.

  Summary

  Once it clicked how the system worked, I found it so easy to organize my very cluttered desk documents. It now makes a lot of sense. I just use it for my own use at work, but I'm sure it would work well for the whole office. The labels look impressive when I hand a file to my boss. Overall it's helped me to get much better organized and I'm very pleased. Thank you!
