Worthless?

- Well......I guess if you JUST want a place to keep information online, it would be okay...sort of. It is easy to navigate using the icons to find the different sections. Of course, once you are there......

- It is useless for my purposes. I could not access it on my Windows Mobile phone, and the whole point of trying to use this program was so that I could enter details of sales calls while still on the road.

- It will not work for my purposes. Very cumbersome to try to figure out how to make it work in the first place, but after a bit of experimentation, I THINK I had discovered the pieces that I needed. Trying to enter contacts without importing from some other place is not exactly intuitive. Plus, I still have not found out where I can enter custom fields for contacts. Tried to figure out how to print out reports that one would think would be basic, such as a simple contact list. No such luck--the closest thing I could find was to export a CSV document to Excel, and then I would have had to spend major amounts of time cleaning up the export before that report would have been usable. The biggest thing was that I was not even able to log in using my Windows Mobile phone, and that was the MAIN thing that I wanted. I am an outside salesperson, and I really wanted to be able to input details on my sales calls from my phone immediately after finishing the call. With this system, it looks like I would still have to write everything down, and then type it into my system later. Not exactly a time savings...... I will continue to look for a simple, free, online CRM program. I don't need anything super fancy--and in fact, some of the more involved programs are TOO involved for what I need. This one looked like it had potential, but I guess not......
