The New Hampshire Telephone Museum opened in 2005 and features the collection of Alderic O. "Dick" Violette, a 50+ year veteran of the telephone industry. The collection - spanning over 130 years - includes a wide variety telephones from each era, switchboards and switching systems, outside plant tools and testing equipment, an extensive library of history and technical books, and other telecom related artifacts. The museum is a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation which means donations are 100% tax deductible.
