A computerized self-training auto-reminding app for creating perfect posture. It graphs your progress and functions like a reminding parent training you to STAND UP STRAIGHT. When you hear the reminder alert, tap "Perfect" if your posture is perfect (be honest), tap "Not Perfect" if your posture isn't perfect, or tap Skip" if you are not sitting or standing. The app graphs your response history and increases/decreases the next alert interval to match your muscle memory span. You may receive a Surprise Alert between your regular alerts just to keep you honest! You will be amazed how quickly your posture is made perfect! Add a friends email to track each others progress. People will say "You Look Taller!
