myWorldLink app is available for all Worldlink Communications Pvt. Ltd.'s retail broadband customers (CableZOOOM, WiZOOOM and FiberZOOOM). Another version for Enterprise Customers is under development. Using this app, our customers can manage most aspects of customer care without calling us. YOU MUST KNOW THE MOBILE NUMBER REGISTERED WITH YOUR ACCOUNT USERNAME. The app authenticates using this mobile number.
