An application for Level 3 Communications, LLC customers who have an http://my.level3.com account, and for internal Level 3 employees to allow them to look up a Level 3 Help Desk ticket, browse all tickets updated today or in the past month, view the ticket details and notes for a specific ticket, and automatically dial into and navigate the Level 3 Help Desk phone system using the iPhone's Phone app to connect directly with the Level 3 agent responsible for the trouble ticket.
