Mr-Bubo is a collaborative application that allows you to report on various types of events associated to entities responsible for such a solution and solve them. When reporting an event, you can attach images or videos, and indicate the exact location of it thanks to the GPS device. You can check online what state is the reported problem and once it has been resolved have the opportunity to indicate how comfortable you feel with the solution provided.
