After launching Maze Quest for Mac for the first time, you will be thrown right into the first level, which is part of an extensive tutorial spanning a dozen levels in total. Controlling the character is straightforward: use the four arrow keys to navigate a 2D maze and an additional key to restart the level. Along the way to the objective, you will face challenges that gradually increase in complexity and that might leave you scratching your head with determination. You will encounter classical puzzles such as invisible, movable, and breakable blocks, but you will also come across portals, locks, bombs, slingshots, clones of the main character, and more.
