This is a simple program particularly usable for staff at mailing room to register in PC rather than log book any outgoing and incoming physical mail, faxes, courier, parcels, cards. Very useful in office with heavy incoming and outgoing mailing traffic in ensuring all transactions are accounted for and for ease of later follow-up and tracking. Each mail record is automatically sorted from recent date at the top to the older ones at the bottom. Today's entries would have the date cell colorcoded green whilst other days' entries would have the date cell colorcoded grey. Incoming and outgoing cells would have its cells colorecoded light blue and yellow respectively. The program is also suitable for individual and home use to help organize household incoming and outgoing mailing traffic. A networked version of the program is currently under development.
