Very user friendly and a valuable tool...

Pros
It has helped us tremendously to provide quality care to our residents by easily obtaining CNA Assignments and various other reports with updated information. The Interdisciplinary Team simply inputs data utilizing MDS language from pull down menus; thus, allowing us to obtain multiple reports in consistent terminology facilitating auditing for quality assurance purposes. <p> <p>The ability to keep track of employees by job description and to create daily, bi-weekly and monthly staff schedules has allowed us to project staffing needs and plan accordingly. As an added benefit,we have been able to maintain health and staff education data and ensure compliance with goverment agencies.
Cons
It does not create Care Plans,although it has the ability to create a report on resident ADLs. <p> <p>There are 3 choices for door labels but there is no ability to customize dimensions
