This app teaches you how to negotiate by placing you in negotiation scenarios with other people online. By practicing, you will learn more about yourself and how negotiations work then you would by only reading about negotiations online and in books. This app breaks down the skills required to negotiate into courses. Each course has reading material and practice negotiations that build your understanding of the negotiation process. These negotiations simulate real life scenarios and are randomly configured each time you play them. Playing the same negotiation multiple times will help you get a deep understanding of the problem that you can reuse in real life. The randomness and the interaction with new opponents will keep you on your toes and make you work out the problem with your opponent every time you play the negotiation. In real life, when negotiations end, all parties think that they have won. (Otherwise they would not have reached an agreement.) In this app, after each negotiation ends, the app will analyze your performance and give you suggestions to improve your performance. It shows you how the final agreement split the value on the table and how much value was left unclaimed because the parties did not collaborate. This information is not available in real life negotiations. Because this information is available in the negotiations played with this app, you can identify your behavior that results in poor performance and correct it.
