ABOUT THIS APP

In this app you can access The Auslan Company's Level 1 video program, which will enable you to master the essentials of Auslan.

The program will teach you how to communicate in Auslan by teaching you signs across 19 different categories including questions, obtaining information, instructions, family, emotions, in the community, social and general signs, animals, colours, transport as well as the alphabet and numbers.

At the end of each section in the program, Darren signs a selection of sentences for you to practice.

The video program is accompanied by a PDF containing 1-3 photos of each sign taught in the video program, along with movement arrows and some important grammatical points about using Auslan.

You can also sample the first 20 words from The Auslan Company's "A to Z of Everyday Auslan Signs" DVD, which is available for purchase from their website.
