" " . : " " . . . 700 13 .Kalima means "word" in Arabic and is an ambitious, non-profit initiative which funds the translation, publication, and distribution of high-quality works of classic and contemporary writing from other languages into Arabic.Kalima is funded by a grant from the Abu Dhabi Authority for Culture and Heritage and benefits from the backing of the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi.The Abu Dhabi Authority for Culture and Heritage (ADACH) is the institution in charge of conserving and promoting the heritage and culture of Abu Dhabi. Established in October 2005 as an authority of the Government of Abu Dhabi, it is administered by a board of directors chaired by H. E. Sheikh Sultan bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan.
