If you want to report a site issue, record and report on job progress or manage job details such as defects or safety issues. JobSnaps provides a simple, efficient and cost effective tool to take, date time stamp, organise, markup and share job site photos and PDF photo reports.The JobSnaps app provides a flexible, easy to use and effective solution for a range of construction, safety, facilities and infrastructure management inspection and reporting applications. This includes construction quality management (defects, snagging, punch lists, incomplete work), site audits, safety inspections, site progress reporting, site diary, as built documentation, condition assessments and project management.Each photo in JobSnaps is automatically stamped with the time and date and you have the option of adding additional information including a title, description, comments, tags and photo markups. Using the report building tool you can then quickly produce detailed PDF photo reports that can be immediately emailed from the job site. Photos (snaps) and associated information can also be dynamically shared with other project team members by syncing with the JobSnaps cloud service.You can take a new photo, select one from your photo library, take a map snapshot to show the current location or snapshot reference documents including plans, drawings, specifications and other site documents such as dockets and receipts.Markup tools are provided to add sketches, dimensions, text, symbols, sub photos, document references and map locations to your photos (snaps). For example, you might take a snapshot of a drawing and then add multiple photos on the snapshot to detail quality or safety issues.You can quickly produce PDF photo reports on site. Using #tag, description and folder filtering you can specify which photos (snaps) are included in your reports. You can also include your company logo, a cover sheet, attachment documents and a location overview to reports. Reports can be emailed directly from the job site as a PDF document, shared with other users using the JobSnaps cloud service or exported to other systems such as Word and Excel. Photos (snaps) are managed in projects and folders with no limit on the number of projects and the folders within each project.You can keep the entire project team up to date by syncing projects and folders using the JobSnaps cloud service which provides multiple user and multiple company access across devices with full control over user access rights to individual projects and folders.An optional automatic notification service is also available to keep the project team up to date with changes. Whenever snaps are added to a folder or a comment is added to a snap a notification is automatically sent to all users with access to the folder.JobSnaps works where you do with local snap storage and off-line access for those areas with no network coverage.Free Basic accounts are limited to 100 snaps and 2 collaboration users. Optional account upgrades are available to increase the number of snaps and users.
