iReport Standard for iOS

iReport is the easiest, most efficient way to report on workplace incidents, including near misses, vehicle accidents, injuries or fatalities. The app ensures that reporters capture all necessary data by walking the reporter through a series of forms with required fields and allowing for the capture of voice memos, photographs, and GPS coordinates. It then displays the final report and allows the user to convert that report to a PDF file and send email the report and all associated audio and image files to the recipient they choose using the internal mail program.
