We are a virtual team, and HyperOffice is our software backbone. We do most everything which relates to working together in HyperOffice, whether chatting, or sharing documents, or assigning projects, or setting up a meeting. Whenever we work with external contractors, we can quickly set it up to manage the project with that contractor. HyperOffice is our virtual home.

HyperOffice has been a very worthy investment for me. I work with scores of external vendors, and HyperOffice has given me a single place where I can manage multiple aspects of my work. I can set up extranets for specific vendors to share documents with them, set up an intranet to share documents, assign tasks, and manage our meetings. I also use their database tool, where I can collect orders through an online order form, and manage order processing from right within HyperOffice. Love em!

Some glitches of course, as no product is perfect in the IT world, but minor ones and none that can't be fixed by their professional support team. Very courteous and customer service oriented support team. They listen to your technical issues patiently and get to work immediately to resolve them, and believe me they make it happen.

I have been with Hyperofiice for over a year now, and have not encountered any major problems with their product and/or services. The user friendliness of their product makes it very easy to use and work with it even if you are a novice and their professional support team are always available to walk you through the issuse that you may encounter. Very happy overall.

No product is perfect in this world, so I don't mind if there are a few glitches. Occasional bugs are there but those get fixed by their team. But none has been big enough to drive me away from this product. I am happy to use this.

I am pretty happy to use this product. I admit there is a bit of adaptability and learning involved to use this product but once you are equipped to use this product, it will be a great value add to your organisation.

I know this market a fair bit, and have analyzed many of the prominent solutions in the market, including the ones from Microsoft and Google. There is always a disconnect between marketing promises and actual features, no matter what solution in the market. But when it comes down to the wire, on an actual feature to feature comparison, as well as how geared a solution is to business use cases, HyperOffice comes out in flying colors compared to other market solutions. HyperOffice is good for companies not looking for disjoint tools, but a comprehensive collaboration suite to manage most of their work through.

Too many glitches. You have to click 3 times on the contacts letter to bring up the contacts.
The Hyperdrive and HyperShare consistently shut off and you have to "reboot" them.
Anytime we try to tell the IT folks about a problem, they blame it on our computer. Nothing is ever really solved.

Quite simply, Hyperoffice does not function in a Mac environment. Don't be enticed by their endless promises. We spent almost a year and a half of a three year contract (prepaid in full to get a discounted rate) attempting to get the promised functionalities working. Many if not most were never achieved. In retrospect, we are now out several thousand dollars together with the value of countless lost hours lost in frustration attempting to run a business utilizing this "efficiency" tool. Support personnel were well intentioned, but clearly could not follow through on promises made by the sales side. All efforts at reaching a reasonable resolution to get some of our money back were met with a stunning and total silence. DO NOT BUY HYPEROFFICE!
