High 5 - Happiness Advantage for iOS

Everyone wants to be happy. Unfortunately, life often teaches us how to minimize UN-happiness instead of how to be truly happy.

There is a link to his excellent TED Talk from a few years ago within the app, but I highly recommend reading the full book. It has changed my life, and I personally owe an immeasurable amount of happiness to the things I learn each time I read or listen to his books.
