The Health Index is a body mass Index calculator that allows you to calculate and evaluate your body mass Index (BMI) based on weight, height, age and gender.

Check your body data to find your ideal weight, because overweight and obesity are risk factors for diseases like high blood pressure, heart disease and diabetes. It can also be used to find your healthy weight if you want to lose weight or are on a diet.
