Using the eContract, funeral directors and PreNeed sales agents may create an FSI PreNeed contract that is compliant with Federal Trade Commission regulations and, where state-mandated, contains a standardized Statement of Funeral Goods and Services. eContracts are uploaded directly into FSIs record-keeping system, PRISM.
