• BEWARE !!!

  DISHONEST COMPANY, THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY EVEN WHEN THEY PROMISE TO.

  Summary

  I'm an Apple dealer and service provider. I was looking for a quick and simple cash based accounting program that also did invoicing and could be accessed from more than one office. I thought this program would fit the bill. I downloaded the supposedly free version but you get no support (including the ability to ask pre-sales questions). I unfortunately made the mistake of purchasing the program, the invoicing app as well as a service contract in the hopes that they would answer questions. Upon receiving the purchase confirmation I was informed that the "support" only allowed a minimal number of technical questions, and that once the program was activated I could not request a refund. Not my idea of a reliable company to deal with, especially where your company's finances are concerned. Furthermore, they NEVER respond to a support request. Therefore, I immediately requested a refund, which I was told would be processed in 10-14 days (even though THEY TOOK MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY)! It has now been nearly 6 weeks and despite multiple eMail demanding my refund and their form responses telling me over and over again it will be processed in 10-14 days I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK. Find another software app because this company is dishonest to the point of absurdity.

  Pros

  At this moment the only pros I see is that it was pretty simple to setup.

  Cons

  Can'apply a payment to an "payable account"(expenses) and when I reported the bug, nothing was done by the customer support. In fact the even say that if I do not pay for their support services, my priority will be very low!

  Summary

  Let them work a bit more on their software before you buy it

  After installing and following the setup assistant I'm wondering how to use it. When I hit the help button it generates this alert: (HVURLHandlerErrorDomain error 1003.)

  Summary

  I started a home based small business and I want to make a list of all the items I purchased with my own money from personal accounts, make a list of all the items I purchased from my company's account, make a list of income from clients, and then have an accountant figure everything else out. Maybe I should just make spreadsheets because this application seems way too complicated to use without tutorials or any kind of examples via non-functional HELP. I was hoping this app would generate reports for me but I can't figure out how to add an account to differentiate between my checking account and my company's checking account, for example. The developer's "Support" doesn't include any "how to get started" info, mostly just info on how to get the paid version registered.

  I am basically looking for a simple finance program for home use purposes. This program looks nice and would probably be great for business purposes. Not for me though.
