It is from the maker that is advertised
Cons
The software download is for Monthly "FAMILY Budgeting" and no where near a business employee scheduler - the UI isn't even the same. Don't download this thinking that your getting what expect. And the only thing free is the download - it's from digital river. and as soon as you open it they want $19.99
