Our goal with this new app is to provide seamless on the move access for Patient Caretaker. Here providers (Doctors / Physician, Nurse, Nurse Supervisor) can view their list of appointments and they can maintain patient's medical records seamlessly such as capture patient's medical history, vital signs, diagnosis, medications, treatment plans, progress notes, problems, allergies, assessment forms, radiology images, laboratory and test results etc..

Here providers can view their Scheduled, Past & today's appointments and also can manage all the patient medical record on a single page seamlessly.
