RhinoSoft

RhinoSoft was founded in October 1996 by Mark P. Peterson and Jim Wayner with a goal of creating software that empowered users of networked computers. Delving in to Microsoft's newest technology, ActiveX, Mark created the FtpTree ActiveX control. The FtpTree ActiveX control is an FTP engine that allows any ActiveX capable program the ability to embed FTP client functionality. In order to demonstrate the power and flexibility available through this architecture, a sample program was created to showcase FtpTree. That sample program became FTP Voyager - one of the most widely distributed Internet utilities in the world.
