Our goal is to help job seekers find the right job to match or extend their talent and also help to develop their skills in new areas to improve their profile. An employer on an average spends less than 20 seconds to process each job application and takes a call for further action.Because of the tremendous pressure to process job applications, good candidates miss to get the desired position in the industry. Also, because of the significant number of job applications received by an employer, the ability to look at all candidate profiles is not possible. We experienced that a job seeker had no visibility on the application status for the jobs they applied. We saw a need for the job seeker to have a control of their application and know what is happening with their application. We saw that creating professional infographic resume that can be tracked is a great way to achieve these goals.
