Minh T. Nguyen is a Software Engineer by daytime, but develops freeware tools in the evening as a hobby. Among his most popular tools is his free PhotoResizer program that batch-resizes photos and the Vietnamese Conversion web service that converts Vietnamese legacy text into unicode.
