Founded in 2002, MacRailSoft is a software company specializing in providing innovative solutions for model railroad and slot car enthusiasts. Currently the core product is RailModeller for the Mac, a complete modelling solution that enables users to easily build highly detailed layouts. Hobbyists can build layouts by simply dragging tracks from the Libraries to the fullscreen Worksheet window. Tracks plug together automatically, and whole sections can be copied and pasted, which makes trying different variations convenient and enjoyable. Layouts can be previewed in full color from 2D or 3D views at any time, and then printed out at any scale desired, including 1:1, full scale.
