  It's simplicity, works with windows 7

  Cons

  Interface appears esthetically outdated, and could need a revamp. This, however, does not interfere with its great usability.

  Summary

  This program is very easy to use. There are of course other programs like photoshopt that can offer much more. To get a cover done in less than 2 minutes, Cover Factory is what I would use instead.
