Our Mission

To work with Parents, bond as families and teach our kids how to defend themselves against all eventualities should the unthinkable happen and make our kids... "BULLYPROOF"

Through a mixture of technique, role play and games we teach both parents and children how to deal with the most common forms of physical and verbal attacks.

Ninjas

Children learn all the recreational gymnastic combinations of flips, rolls, jumps, in combination with our awesome Ninja agility obstacle courses. Gymnastic Ninja classes for kids are different each week, kids never get bored.

Weve developed a special syllabus tailored to age and skill level so that your children can feel and see their improvement and development each week. It will work wonders on your childs self-confidence and belief. Every child will have a place to shine, grow, and develop new passions!

Your child will focus on specific targeted areas. One week it could be tumbles, flips or handstands the next, rope swings or monkey bars.

Fitness

Circuits are designed for all levels from complete beginners to the more advanced. Using a combination of Body Combat, Spinning classes, Kickboxing, HITT & functional training. It provides fantastic fat burning workouts, by using full body exercises that improve strength, endurance and boosting metabolism, not wasting a minute of your session. Every session includes flexibility, mobility, core stability, balance and strength training principles to keep your body constantly challenged in all areas of a strong healthy and vibrant body.
