Caron Ling for iOS

Born and raised in Honolulu, Caron grew up in a very active family. Playing tennis and basketball, her love of sports grew and evolved into playing golf and snowboarding. Caron is a big fan of self improvement, when she discovered Toastmasters a little before she became a realtor, she never dreamed she would have the honor of being District 49's 2014-2015 Lieutenant Governor Marketing. Caron is now one of the top three people to run Toastmasters in the State of Hawaii. Toastmasters motto is "Where Leaders are Made." Caron helps her clients through one of the biggest purchases of their lives. Her leadership and communication training through Toastmasters has helped her help her clients find the right home, in the right way, at the right time in their lives.Caron has spoken at national conferences regarding real estate, such as the Asian Real Estate Association of America's Global Summit for the past two years along with Inman Connect in San Francisco and New York. Caron's expertise spans the globe. While speaking alone doesn't help her clients, her ability to listen is the top reason clients select Caron as their realtor. Caron's ability to speak with ease has landed her on two episodes on the pilot season of HGTV's Hawaii Life with two sets of her clients, the Walters and the Smiths.
