For the last 30 years, walkthroughs of new construction have consisted of placing blue painters tape on punch list items that need to be corrected. Not anymore. With Builder Snap, contractors simply take a picture of the issue, circle it and can add an optional description or record a short voice message if additional details are required. Once the walkthrough is completed, you can generate individual punch lists for your subcontractors and notify them via simple SMS text message. Subcontractors dont even need to download the app! They click on a unique link and see their perfectly formatted, custom punch list within a secure browser window. Once completed, youre instantly notified.
