Instagram could soon let you donate to causes through Stories

For some time, Facebook (download for iOS or Android) users have been able to create fundraisers on the social media site and raise money for non-profits. Often, Facebook matches pledges to motivate people to donate.

Twitter is testing pop-up mini-profiles to make conversations easier to follow

Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey has said on multiple occasions that he wants Twitter (download for iOS or Android) to be a place for important public conversations.

But Dorsey's interview with Recode's Kara Swisher on the social media site highlighted that important conversations are worthless if no one can follow along.

After journalist Walt Mossberg called the interview a "chaotic hellpit," Dorsey agreed that conversations aren't easy to keep up with on the social media site.

Twitter CEO gives new details about editable tweets

In an interview with podcast host Joe Rogan, Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey said that the social media site is still considering adding an edit function.
