The DASS tool (Depression, Anxiety, Stress Scale) will calculate whether you are suffering from depression, anxiety, or stress.

How it works: Simply answer the questions giving a number between 0-3 and then once you have completed all of them, this clever tool will work out an overall score by adding up the numbers for you. This will then give you an insight into whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, or stress.
