We want a finished customer visit to be registered, as well as the agreements that were made during that visit. The way we work now giving our administration a call from the car with questions like these is not a viable way of working and should be a thing of the past. This way of doing business was okay 5 years ago, we had fewer external service employees then.For service mechanics:Sometimes it takes several weeks before all service receipts are turned in and we can start the billing process. And we didnt even mention the problem of checking whether or not all used materials and hours of service are filled out on the service receipt.
