  Version 3.1.6 Beta had eliminated all bugs mentioned and it provides a very stable version.

  Pros

  Looks like a nice program to keep track of a companies employee training records. All based on MS Access databases.

  Cons

  Only half of the program works. Get an error message when ever you try to access the Employee module (to add, edit, view employees) the Contacts module (for contacts such as vendors, instructors, etc) and the Training Schedule module generates a MS Access must shut down error. Oh, and also, each time it opens, generates a security warning that it may not be a trusted file? <p> <p>So, like I said, I realize its a beta, but should really do much, much more debugging before they publish it.
