Zones is an elegant and simple to use fitness timer focusing on heart rate zone intervals not just the highs and lows. Many popular training programs want you to use your zones to guide your workouts, but then leave it up to the user (you) to figure out what zone you should be in at any given moment. This app makes this simple for you!Zones lets you identify (or manually enter) your heart rate zone information, and then create custom interval routines that guide you through those zones. Once you've started a workout, you'll be presented with a beautiful interface that focuses on just the information you need during a workout. Your current zone, what heart rate range you should be in, elapsed/total/interval times, and as you approach your next zone, we'll show you that too. And, hopefully you were already listening to music before you started your workout, as we'll show you a nice display of your album artwork too.(While you're in your workout, you can swipe left at the top of the display to skip songs you don't like.)Note: This version does _not_ include a heart rate monitor. This app is intended to be used in conjunction with a monitor on a piece of cardio equipment or any popular monitor/chest strap. So, jump on the treadmill, start your watch, then start your Zones workout and place your phone on the treadmill!More features are under active development!!! Stay tuned!
