After we consult on your personal goals and lifestyle details, I will then assess your movement patterns and postural stance to determine the best program for you. You may choose for my variety of exercise programs, challenges, or choose to have me for your personal online coach. Personal training includes, everything you would get with my face to face services, but you can take me with you anywhere. I will be able to review your form and send you notes. I will send you daily workouts, reminders, meal plans, and so much more. It is as personal as you can get in the virtual training world. The program packages that are available vary from Core/ Balance programs, to strength training in and out of the gym, prenatal, postpartum, postural improvement programs, as well as muscle building programs.
