The download button opens the iTunes App Store, where you
may continue the download process. You must have iTunes installed with an
active iTunes account in order to download and install the software. This
download may not be available in some countries.
Workout+ is a distance tracking (*) application based on the GPS capabilities of the iPhone 3GS,4 and 5 ,it can not only track your distance, but your speed, time, pace , calories burned during your workout. Workout+ can be set to your type of activity from the settings tab, and can track total distance to date for each individual activity, available activities are running, Biking & walking. The Total Distance feature by activity let you also reset activity to 0 in the beginning of the season, or reset to any distance, if you are transferring the info from another tracking device to keep your workout up to date. You can also view the map describing your trip on the device, pressing the draw button at any time with redraw the map to your current location . At the end of your workout Workout+ can email you all your stats along with your activity file. More over Workout+ is setup to work in English & French.
