The Workout Reminder App from Optimum Form Fitness.com is a quick, easy, and convenient way to not only plan and keep track of your workouts, but also set up reminder notifications that will alert you with a pop-up message and sound alert with a personal trainer telling you to "Get to the gym!"
Customize your workout schedule by easily adding a new exercise that you want to perform and setting a reminder that will alert you if you haven't performed that exercise by the date and time that you specified.
Once you have performed a particular exercise, add a flexed bicep emoji next to it by simply pressing on the row of that exercise. The workout screen is automatically updated and shows you how many exercises you have left in your workout.
Adding the flexed bicep emoji also cancels the reminder notification. If you want to delete an exercise, just swipe it to the left and press delete.
