The download button opens the iTunes App Store, where you
may continue the download process. You must have iTunes installed with an
active iTunes account in order to download and install the software. This
download may not be available in some countries.
Workout Buddy will help you create a workout routine that you can easily follow in a calendar. You can add standard exercises (exercises that came preloaded with the app) to the calendar, to create a suitable workout routine for yourself by setting various parameters such as start date, end date, frequency, sets, reps, etc. You can also create your own custom exercises with the ability to take and add your own pictures.
