What's new in version 4.0
Version 3 includes bug fixes and new features which include : - Full editing capability for workouts and routines. You can now edit workout dates, edit notes, or add, delete, copy or edit individual sets. - Routines can now be automatically updated, so the program 'remembers' what you did in the last workout. - Users now have the ability to specify a 'comparison workout'and view sets from this workout, and their current workout, side by side. - The export feature has been simplified. - The user interface has been changed to bring it more in line with palm guidelines.
