This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com. I'm glad that they've configured it to work so that it'll monitor Apple's iTunes File Sharing service, however, I wish it'd work with major hardware appliance logs (such as those that are generated by either Celestix's FV100 or Netgear's FM114P). I myself use the latter, and if was possible to customize the manner in which Who's There organized or read a log file (or rather, the source file which contained the log file itself), it'd be even better. Heck, I'd pay an additional fee if the folks at Open Door created customized abilities to read different log file formats. Also, now that Hen Wen has reach 2.0 (for bringing Snort 2.0 to the Mac), how about incorporating the ability to interpret's Hen Wen/Snort's crazy log file? Thanks and keep up the good work Open Door.
