Users cannot see your actual location, only how long it will take for you to arrive. We only activate your GPS shortly before the meeting to calculate when you need to leave, and when you are going to the meeting to calculate your ETA every couple of minutes. The tracking is automatically shut off when you arrive or when the meeting ends.
